- Color Interpretation
Every care has been taken to reproduce the exact color tone (of the actual tile) to the product images as used on this site.
Should there be any materials to your requirement, you should call us to request for a actual sample for viewing. We will send it to your office.
Please do not use the images on this site for reference, especially when color scheme is of a big priority for any of your projects. We will not be responsible for any problems arises from the use of the images on this site
- Natural Stones
Marble, Granite, Slates and Sandstones, being a natural product is likely to vary in color and veins. Images of these materials on this site, or actual sample given to our clients, only give an indication of the general appearance and color of the material. Tolerance of 1 to 2mm in thickness or measurement is acceptable to buyer.
The tone and shading of natural stones may vary on different shipment. KLH will also try its best to match the tone for any reorder of materials but offer no guarantee, especially for stones indented from overseas.
- Stock Availability
Always confirm stock availability with us before you proceed with your renovation/ installation. Any tiles shown on this site does not necessary that the stock of that tile must be available.
By displaying the image of certain materials on our website does not necessary guarantee the availability of this material in our warehouse. KLH will not be responsible for any delay for contracting work cause by the long indentation period for some of the materials
- Pricing of Tiles
All prices shown are before 4% GST. Prices are subjected to change without notice. We are not responsible for any errors in pricing, product code.
Should there be any different in pricing between tiles shown on our website and those in our showroom, we will take the showroom price as the final one.
We will not entertain any claims should there be any error in the pricing on this website
- Tile Return Policy
All remaining tiles should be un-returnable. However should you have got large quantity of tiles leftover from a project, do contact us and we may review this policy on case to case basis.
